DDA advises clients on the delivery of measurable improvements to the sustainability of the built environment.

DDA ensure a quantifiable improvement over the minimum standards, as set out in building regulations of a development’s performance in relation to sustainability. In addition it also provides efficient and consistent tools to assess the sustainability of development proposals, together with enabling development proposals of all sizes the opportunity to consider sustainability (not just larger proposals).

DDA can assist clients demonstrate the sustainability of their development proposal in methods other than formal assessment (such as the Code for Sustainable Homes and BREEAM). DDA's data analysis provides a realistic picture of what sustainability measures and standards can or cannot be delivered through development proposals in terms of viability.
