Sustainable Solutions

Numerous sustainable engineering techniques have re-emerged in the last few years Biomass Boilers,CHP Equipment, Ground Source Heat Pumps (Open or Closed Loop), Solar Panels (Thermal and Photovoltaic), Winturbines, all of these techniques are not new, but have not been viable historically on economic grounds. Current UK Energy Costs and the drive to reduce the emission of 'Greenhouse Gases' have improved the economic viability and given a new criteria on the requirements for selection

Dave Dickinson & Associates Ltd have been proactively reviewing the feasibility of these engineering solutions and have undertaken several project where the techniques have been incorporated i.e CHP plants incorporated into 3 No sites in Northern Ireland,an 'Open Loop' Ground Source Solution at a site in Huddersfield and Biomass Boiler Plants installed within a Residential development in Central London

The techniques are not new, they are widely used throughout Europe where the environmental conditions have always given greater economic viability, they are now becoming more viable & being incorporated for environmental reasons  in the UK particularly due to the UK Governments drive for sustainable solution through the planning process

Dave Dickinson & Associates Ltd can provide a project specific feasibility study to meet a particular clients requirements
